Certificates:
The Customer will receive an e-mail copy of the certificate. The Customer may choose a frame-able
certificate with the official (raised) seal of Carbon Offset Ohio, LLC at an additional cost of $10.00 per
certificate. That amount will be added to the order.
Certificates will be delivered by Registered Mail which will take 7-10 days. The customer make select 3
day shipment for an additional fee. Please inquire.
You will receive confirmation of certificate shipment by email within two (2) working days after Bank
Transfer or Credit Card has cleared.
Certificates may be refunded if the customer returns the Certificate(s) at Customers cost to the address
stated on the mailing envelope no later than 30 calendar days after purchase date. Refunds will be
made once Carbon Offsets Ohio has received the returned certificates.
